OncoLatch is an MIT-based biotechnology company developing tumor-anchored immunotherapies that localize potent cytokine activity within tumors to transform immunologically “cold” cancers into treatment-responsive disease while minimizing systemic toxicity.

We engineer next-generation nanoparticle immunotherapies that anchor directly within the tumor microenvironment, enabling sustained and localized immune activation where it is needed most. Our platform is designed to overcome one of the biggest challenges in cancer immunotherapy — delivering highly potent cytokines such as IL-12 safely and effectively without the severe systemic toxicities that have historically limited their clinical use. By combining advanced biomaterials, lipid nanoparticle engineering, and targeted immune modulation, OncoLatch aims to unlock durable anti-tumor responses in difficult-to-treat solid tumors, including ovarian cancer.
